For anyone following the case S218173 Vancouver Supreme Court: Richard Perry v. General Motors of Canada and Dueck. I have listed all of the Affidavits, Orders and Judgements arising in the litigation. These documents should be on the Public Record. However, I allege that the Attorney General of BC (who controls and runs the Judiciary and Court System) have intentionally tried to keep this case out of the public eye, at the bequest of the Defendants. This is because I cannot find my case listed anywhere, when all other cases are listed and documents that are supposed to be on the public record are simply not there. I was regularly being given excuses by the Registry that ‘oh well it takes a while to scan them in’ and ‘oh I expect there has been a delay’ and ‘that’s another department it’s not us’. Therefore instead of anyone interested wasting their time and money trying to find those documents, i’ll be posting them all on here.
