Settlement Offer

to GM

This is what I want:

1. A change to the GM Warranty and Owner’s

Manual’s policies, terms, clauses, instructions

and directions that are being used criminally to

defraud and cheat everyone. This is so that

customers/consumers will have their

Warranties properly upheld when they would

otherwise have been dismissed. I have drafted

a document of proposed changes that I want

implemented. Click here or in the box opposite

2. General Motors of Canada will pay a global

sum of $250m or better in damages for the

crime and fraud committed against me and for

the ruining of my experience of Canada.

Damages to reflect the misery, suffering and

unhappiness inflicted upon me and my

peaceful private life. This situation has

destroyed my enthusiasm for re-starting and

growing my business and i’ve lost many

opportunities that I could have taken

advantage of had I not been pinned down by

intensive litigation that has sucked 4 years of

my life away. These damages will also reflect

the damage caused to Canada. Payment will be

made within 14 days of the date of the

Settlement Agreement.

3. General Motors to announce the changes to the Warranty and Owner’s Manual’s Policies on its website (as outlined in the pdf document of proposed changes). 4. General Motors to manufacture, supply and install parts for my present car at GM’s expense and will provide a courtesy vehicle without charge whilst the work is being carried out. To be completed within 90 days. 5. In Consideration, the Plaintiff (me), will withdraw the action and neither of the Defendants or Plaintiff will pursue any further litigation against one another in respect to this matter. This does not include the matter relating to the allegations against the law firms involved who are subject of the RCMP investigation.
