Defendants have 30 days to swear Affidavits to the truth of the documents. If after the Affidavits are produced and if the Plaintiff thinks documents are missing, he can apply for the consequences of swearing false affidavits. Another Win for Richard because allegedly most of the information provided by the Defendants is forged or falsified. Date for compliance is 20th June 2024.

After having many Applications to Chamber being ‘bumped’ which has dragged out the case for years, I’ve finally managed to book a full day on 9th July 2024. I will update the details here in the next few weeks..
Settlement Conference 16th
May 2024 ‘we’re not
changing our policies’ says

The Settlement Conference that was supposed to be heard today didn’t go ahead apparently due to time constraints. However, Defendant General Motors of Canada refuses to make any changes whatsoever to the Policies. I allege that’s because changes would immediately cut off their alleged criminal revenue stream realized from cheating Warranties across North America and most likely worldwide. The lawyers for both Defendants attended and despite all of us sitting in the Registry for a few hours, the Defendants didn’t make any attempt or offer to settle anything at all.News from the Front…
